I wasn't trying to dismiss the Github link, I think that it is also an invaluable information source for those who don't find it difficult to understand the terminology. My attempt in my former post was to support the reopening of discussion on creating a user-friendly changelog as mentioned by @Nuck, or simply using the forum thread that Nuck also linked. I also wanted to share my thoughts on what things would benefit from such a tool. Definitely keep the Github link*
I really try to look these things up to prevent posting unnecessary redundancies, though I missed that particular thread; I've missed a few while using the thread search feature. I also inquired about something similar to this in a thread yesterday, but received no reply from the Moderator/Veteran/Senpai who I posted my inquiry to.
I apologize for the confusion I created with poorly chosen words.
@David - And another thank you, if the info does help. I'm trying to be helpful to the site, but that has come seemingly without personal merit. I'll reserve my "helping" until I know more about the site. This is a very helpful thread.
